Emma is Head of Business Support for Generator.  Meaning she leads on our ground-breaking Scale Up programme, Digital Support, Digital Bootcamp, and Innovation Fund. A highly motivated and effective project manager and problem solver, she believes that creating and nurturing great relationships is key to success. Emma is passionate about promoting diversity and mental health issues within the sector and region. Prior to Generator, Emma was Executive Producer of high profile digital conferences, with a background in operations management within the digital sector.
